My loyalty tier has changed, why is this?Updated 2 months ago

Loyalty tiers are set based off your purchases over the last 12 months.

The easiest way to check your tier is correct is to have a look at your order history for the last 12 months. The amount you’ve spent will let you know which tier you qualify for.

Loyalty tiers are calculated as follows:

• You start out as a Change Starter when you create your account 
• If you spend $250 over a 12 month period, you become a Change Maker 
• If you spend $500 or more over a 12 month period, you become a Game Changer

Please note, the purchase of gift cards doesn’t count towards your loyalty tier calculation.
