I had an account but I can't login to it - how do I reactivate my account on the new F&F site?
Welcome back 😊 If you had an account on our previous website, all you need to do to login, is activate your account first. If you can't see the email in your main inbox make sure you check your spam folder too, or search: [email protected].
My loyalty tier has changed, why is this?
Loyalty tiers are set based off your purchases over the last 12 months. The easiest way to check your tier is correct is to have a look at your order history for the last 12 months. The amount you’ve spent will let you know which tier you qualify for
