<h3 id="isPasted"><strong>Do you pack chocolate products in cool-packs?</strong></h3><p id="isPasted">Chocolate products are packaged in our standard eco-friendly packaging, which doesn&#x2019;t provide cooling.</p><p>Please be mindful when you order; if the weather is hot at your delivery area; or on your order&#x2019;s route to your address, the heat exposure can damage the chocolate.</p><p>You may wish to select Express Shipping for shorter exposure to heat.</p><p>&#xA0;</p><h3 id="my-chocolate-melted-in-transit-can-i-get-a-replacement--refund"><strong>My Chocolate melted in transit, can I get a replacement / refund?&#xA0;</strong></h3><p>We are unable to guarantee chocolate to be delivered undamaged to hot regions, and therefore do not offer refunds or replacements for chocolate products damaged in transit due to heat exposure.&#xA0;</p>

I'm afraid we cannot replace, credit or refund chocolate that has melted in transit. 
Please be mindful when you order; if the weather is hot it can damage the chocolate so we do not advise purchasing in hot weather. We do our best to hold off ship
