How long does it take to deliver in Australia? 

We offer two shipping options in Australia with Australia Post:

1. Parcel Post Delivery - FREE for orders over $65 AUD (and $8.95 for orders under $65 AUD)With the following targeted delivery times:

  • Sydney – 1 day
  • East Coast main urban centers – 2-5 days
  • South Australia – 2-4 days
  • West Australia – 4-8 days
  • Australia remote areas – 6-12 days

2. Express Post Parcel Delivery - targeted delivery of 1-5 business days.

$9.95 for orders over $150 AUD

$14.95 for orders under $150 AUD

Please note that shipping free and/or gift voucher costs do not count towards the $65 threshold for free delivery.

You can use Aus Post provides delivery time calculator here, simply enter our post code (2100) and yours. Please allow our warehouse team an extra day to lovingly dispatch your order.


How much is delivery in Australia? 

Delivery is FREE for orders over $65 AUD with Australia Post 'Parcel Post' service or $8.95 for orders $65 AUD or under.

Order total qualifying for free delivery is calculated after your Reward points discount and all other discounts have been applied, and it excludes the cost of shipping.

Australia Post 'Express Post' is $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD, and $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. You can then track your parcel's journey here.

If you don’t already have an Australia Post account, you might like to sign up or download the AusPost app. Both are free and allow you to use these handy tools, such as:


Do your shipping options require a signature upon delivery?

Yes, our shipping options require a signature. This means AusPost courier will try to obtain your signature, if no one’s home during delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location. If neither is safe to do so, your parcel will be held at your nearest post shop for collection within 14 days.


What can I do to have my parcel delivered without my signature?

If you don't want your parcel delivery to require a signature and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address, then select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the 'Shipping' section of the checkout. This gives your courier the authority to leave your parcel where they deem safe at your address. 

You can also provide your courier instructions on where to place your parcel by ticking the 'Provide delivery instructions' tick box and typing in your instructions.

Note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there is nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take it to the nearest Post Office or collection spot. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can always update your shipping preferences with a MyPost account, or through the Australia Post Tracking app.

Can I add a delivery instruction to my courier?

Yes, to add a delivery instruction to your courier, tick the ‘Provide delivery instructions’ tick box, at the ‘Shipping’ step of checking out. Then type your instructions.


How quickly do you dispatch?

We aim to send out all ‘priority shipping’ orders the same day, and all other orders within the following working day. 

Priority shipping is one of the perks available to those customers in the top two tiers of our F&F Rewards Club – the Change Makers and Game Changers.  Find out how this can be you!


Can I send my order to a business address?

Yes. Please include the business name in the 'company field' at checkout for a swift delivery. 

Can I send to a PO Box? 

Yes. Please include your PO Box number in the street field of your order's delivery address.


My parcel’s delivery failed because no one was at the address, what do I do?

You can arrange a re-delivery on the 'Australia Post Tracking' app, or contact Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678) with your parcel's tracking number to arrange a re-delivery.


Can I set up a long-standing ‘Authority to leave’ with Australia Post?

AusPost's "Safe Drop" option allows you to nominate a safe and secure place to leave your parcel, waiving the signature requirement. You can set Safe Drop as your preference for future deliveries or request it as you need it.

The best way to have parcels delivered at your convenience is to register for MyPost to use a 24/7 Parcel Locker or post office (Parcel Collect) address.
