When do my Impact points expire?
- Your Impact Points are valid for 365 days from the date you earned them.
- If you are logged in, each time you place an order or earn new Impact points, your expiry date will reset.
- We’ll send you an email or SMS reminder a few days before your points expire.
I seem to be missing some Impact Points, what's happened to them?
Before you get in touch, please see if any of the below scenarios apply:
1. You placed an order without logging into your account
To earn Impact points on your orders, you must be logged into your account at checkout. If you're not logged in, a message will remind you, but please note that points cannot be earned unless you're logged in. If you need help, please get in touch.
2. Your Impact points have expired
Points are valid for 365 days from your last logged-in order. Make sure that you are signed up for our emails so that we can remind you before your Impact Points are due to expire. To subscribe to our emails, enter your email address into the email field within the footer of our website.
3. You’ve spent your Impact points
You can check to see the points you have redeemed by logging in to your Impact Club page and looking at your points history.
You can see the points you have applied to your previous orders by logging in and viewing your Order history. Under each order you have the option to view details.
Under Total summary you can see the voucher codes that have been applied to any order. All Impact Point redemption codes will start with the letters FFCLUB.
4. You’ve had an order or partial order refunded
If an order or any item(s) within one of your orders is refunded, any Impact Points earned from the refunded items will be deducted from your balance.

What happens if I don’t use my Impact Points before they expire?
Any unused points will expire 365 days after the date you last earned them. After this time, they cannot be used. If you are subscribed we’ll send a reminder email or SMS before your points expire, so you don’t miss out.
If my order or any item(s) within my order are refunded, will my Impact Points be affected?
Yes, if your order or any item(s) within your order are refunded, any points earned from the refunded items will be deducted from your balance.
I don’t want Impact points expiry emails. Can I unsubscribe from these?
Yes. You’re in control of the emails you receive from us. Simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing emails we send you if you no longer want to receive these.
