Can I place a guest order?

Yes you can 😀 

Please note that guest orders do not allow you to enjoy F&F Rewards such as earning or redeeming Reward points, and guest orders' value isn't added to your total yearly spend, which is used for F&F Rewards club tiers.

How do I place a guest order?

Simply - When you reach the checkout, all you need to do is to type your email address into the 'Contact' Field, enter your shipping address, and click 'Continue to Shipping'.

How will I know my guest order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have entered as your 'Contact' details

Will my guest order earn me F&F Reward points?

Great news - yes they will! 

F&F store will award your email address with reward points, even for guest orders. 

To redeem your rewards, simply create an account, and sign into it, to find all the rewards you've been earning. Be quick - reward points expire after 1 year.

Where will I be able to view my guest order details?

In the order confirmation and dispatch notification emails we send the email address you have entered in the 'Contact' field when you place your order.

You can also view your order details on the SHOP app.
