I had an account but I can't login to it - how do I reactivate my account on the new F&F site?Updated 7 months ago

I used to have an account, but my email address isn't recognised when I try to log in


Welcome back 😊  If you had an account on our previous website, all you need to do to login, is activate your account first.


How can I activate my account?


  1. Click here 
  2. Enter in your name, email address and the password you wish to use, and click “Submit”. A message will appear letting you know an email has been sent to you to verify your email address.
  3. Find your account activation email in your inbox. 
  4. Click the “Activate My Account” button in this email.  Once you click on this button, your account is re-activated and you are ready to go! 


I can't find my account activation invite email

If you can't see the email in your main inbox make sure you check your spam folder too, or search: [email protected]. You may need to add our email address to your list of safe senders.
