My order hasn't arrived, can you help me locate it?Updated 6 months ago

If you have not received your order within 7 days (for Parcel Post) or 3 days (for Express Parcel) of receiving your dispatch notification please contact us with your order number and we will investigate this for you.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number from your dispatch notification with the Australia Post Tracking Tool, or on the Australia Post app. If you would prefer to call Australia Post, you can do this by calling 13 7678 and they will be able to assist you.


How can I find my tracking number?

You can find your tracking number in your dispatch notification email. 

You can also find your tracking number by signing into your account. Simply go to the Orders section, and click through to view your order. On the right-hand side you will be able to find the shipping information including your tracking number. 

Can't find your tracking number? That's OK, simply contact us and we will be able to find this for you.
