My order hasn't been delivered yet - what can I do?
Your order tracking page will show you when your parcel is expected to be delivered.
If it hasn't arrived within the targeted time, please let us know so we can chase it up for you.
My order was marked as delivered but it’s not here
If you're unable to find your order, and it is marked as delivered, please double-check around your house. Parcels can be left in your letterbox, or in spots hidden from sight on you property, such as behind potted plants, air condition units, or back doors.
Please check with other members of your household, to see if they've taken the delivery on your behalf.
If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us directly so we can investigate this further.
