You must first log in to your Qantas account on the Qantas Shopping Website.
 
From here search for Flora & Fauna and once on the profile click the ’Shop Now" button.
 

I didn’t go through the Qantas shopping website before buying something. Can I still earn Qantas points on my Flora & Fauna order?
 
Unfortunately, Qantas are unable to issue Qantas Points if you did not access Flora & Fauna website via the Qantas Shopping website and sign in before placing your order.
