The gift card you've purchased is sent by email to the email address you have given us when purchasing the card.
(The gift card code doesn't appear in the order confirmation email you receive when placing your order)
If the giftee hasn't received their gift card email, please ask them to check their Junk/Spam and Promotions folder. It's most likely hiding in one of those.
If they still can't find it, please let us know and we can re-send it.
