My order has not been dispatched yet, how can I cancel it?


We are more than happy to help you to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. 

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can arrange this for you.

We process our orders very quickly, so for this to be successful please let us know as soon as you can.


My order has been dispatched, how can I cancel it?

You can either return it to us once it's arrived, for a full refund. You can find all the information you need to return your products in our Easy Returns article.

Or you can lodge a request to redirect your parcel back to us through Australia Post MyPost account.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled if they haven't already been dispatched.

Please Contact us with your cancellation request as soon as possible, and we'll confirm in reply to let you know if this is possible.

If your order is canceled, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

If your order isn't able to be canceled, you are welcome to send it back for a full refund. You can find all the information in the section above.
