How do I earn Reward points?

Simple! Once you’re signed up for the F&F Rewards Club, you will be rewarded every time you shop 😊

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 AUD you spend (this excludes shipping and gift vouchers).

Are there other ways I can earn rewards?

Write reviews - Placed an order?  If you’re subscribed to our emails we’ll send you a request to review your products. For every review you write you'll earn 10 points, and for every photo or video you upload you can earn 10 more points. 

Only reviews submitted through our review request emails are eligible for points – this is so that we can make sure all reviews are genuinely from our lovely F&F customers!

Refer a friend - You can earn 50 points when you refer a friend to F&F and they have placed their first order. Once logged into your account, you can find your unique URL to refer a friend at the bottom of the F&F Rewards Club page

How do I redeem rewards?

Simply sign into your Flora and Fauna account, and your points will be waiting for you at the checkout.

Once at the checkout, you will see available credit - just enter the amount you'd like to redeem (in dollars) in the rewards redemption box at checkout. 

20 point = $1 AUD shopping credit.

How long do I have to use my rewards?

Rewards are valid for 365 from the date of your purchase. Any new rewards you earn will extend your entire rewards lifetime by an additional 365 days 😀

When do reward points appear on my account?

As soon as your order has been dispatched your points will be available for you on your account.

Will I get rewards for orders I’ve made before joining the club? 

Yes, if you have placed guest orders with us, you will earn rewards for these, and they will remain available for you for 365 days from your last rewards earned. To redeem your reward points, simply create an account, and you will find your rewards waiting for you at checkout 😃.

Where can I find my Reward points balance?

Once you've signed in to your account, you will be able to find your available reward points balance in the 'My Reward Points' section of your account.  You will also be able to see there your gift voucher credit, and your last 12 months spend.

How to earn reward points for referring a friend 

For you to earn your Reward points, your friend must follow the link provided to them and place an order.

Once your friend's first order is dispatched, you'll receive 50 points. 

I've placed my order, when will I see the points on my account?

Reward points are added to your account once your order has been processed and dispatched. Your points will appear on your account shortly.
